How Can severe Diarrhea Along With Vomiting Be Treated?

My 9 year old Daughter had stomach- virus symptoms last Monday into Tuesdat (diarrhea first then she threw up once). By Wednesday she was better. She s had diarrhea since 0300 this morning and I gave her 3/4 of a teaspoon of Pepto bismol at 0500. She just woke up and vomited (0600) and has a red rash across her nose, underneath both eyes, and red bumps across her forehead. The pediatrician opens in 2 hours. I am scared! Should I take her to the E.R.? She s in the shower, said she feels better after throwing up, but I m concerned about the rash.
